Songplay Holiday Program Cancellation Policy

We get it — plans change! We’ve tried to keep things as flexible and fair as possible while making sure we can run great programs for everyone.

If you need to cancel

  • More than 7 days out
    No problem - you’ll get a full refund.

  • 3–7 days out
    You’ll receive a 50% refund.

  • Less than 3 days out
    Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or credit at this stage.

Changing your booking

  • Need to switch dates? You can transfer to another program (if there’s space) up to 2 days before.

  • We’ll always try to help if we can — just reach out.

If your child is unwell or something unexpected comes up

Please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll look at these situations case-by-case and may offer a credit or partial refund where appropriate (a medical certificate may be required).

If we need to cancel

If a program doesn’t go ahead (low numbers or anything else outside our control), you’ll get a full refund or the option to move to another program — whichever works best for you.
